When your pet comes to Mavis Road Animal Clinic for surgery, we keep them at the clinic for the day and sometimes overnight. We understand this can sometimes be difficult for owners, especially children, being away from their beloved pets.
We offer a “loaner” stuffed animal for children to take care of until their pet comes home. Your child takes the stuffed animal home with them on the day your pet is checked in for surgery and you return it when you come to pick up your pet.
The stuffed animals are available at your request and there is no fee for this service.
