From the moment we walked in with our nervous rescue cat, the front desk staff greeted us with genuine warmth and made us feel so welcome. Dr. Sadaf and the entire team took their time explaining everything in a way that actually made sense (no rushed appointments here!).Our cat needed anemia work and a minor procedure, and they walked us through every step, the costs upfront (no surprises!), and even sent detailed follow-up instructions. The clinic itself is spotless, modern, and has that rare calm energy that instantly puts anxious pets (and owners) at ease.A week later they called just to check in on how our cat was doing – that kind of above-and-beyond care is so hard to find these days. Our beloved cat, Rice Noodle, went missing and finally returned home after 20 days. The very first thing we did was take him to the vet.Jynn was incredibly helpful, warmhearted, and compassionate throughout the visit. Her ability to speak both fluent English and Chinese was a great asset. Whenever medical terms came up, she patiently helped us communicate with the vet❤️Dr. S. Syed was outstanding—professional, patient, and richly experienced. She examined Rice Noodle with great care, even gently cleaning him after his long stray🌹We are also very grateful to the wonderful support team: - Ann, the groomer, who cleaned our once-lost baby so thoroughly and tenderly. - Rosann at the front desk, who greeted us with kindness and support. My two cats have always received their health check-ups and vaccinations here. I am very grateful to Catherine for her warm help all along, and also to Dr. Ted for the professional care provided to my cats. At the same time, I would like to thank the other assistants for their assistance in preparing the relevant documents for my cats' international travel. My cats have now arrived safely and smoothly at our new home. Once again, thank you to all the medical staff at the clinic for your kindness and enthusiastic support.

We had to say goodbye to a part of our family last weekend, and I want to commend the professionalism, compassion, and patience this clinic had. The comfort room they had made the experience feel less clinical, and the vet that did the procedure explained everything so well.
