I think my pet ate something that could be poisonous, but he/she seems fine. What should I do?

Don’t panic, but call us RIGHT AWAY. If it’s outside our normal business hours,  You can reach the doctor at his home number (for emergencies like this) at 905-956-3038.  If still not available, contact the veterinary emergency clinic at 905-829-9444. If your pet is not showing any adverse symptoms, you can also call the ASPCA Animal Poison Control Center at 888-426-4435. You may be charged a consultation fee, but they will create a case file with antidote information that can be valuable to the veterinarian.   Please keep any box information handy that contained the poison ingredients if possible.
