When becoming a client of Mavis Road Animal Clinic, we will take a photo of your pet to add to their file. With this photo, we also create an ID card for your pet. It contains your pets photo, your pets first and last name, your file number and the clinics daytime phone number. It will also contain Dr Teds after hours phone number incase you need to reach him when the clinic is closed.
